Center for the Study of Contract Law (CSECL) is offering academic support for outstanding early career researchers in European contract law for their application to the Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship.

You are invited to prepare your application with the support of one academic supervisor and the research community from one of the best research centers on private law in Europe.

You are the right fit if…

  • You live outside the Netherlands or have not lived in the Netherlands for over 12 months within the 3 years immediately prior to the call deadline
  • You are willing to spend one or two years doing full-time research at the CSECL and the Amsterdam Law School.
  • Your research has the potential to make a contribution to the CSECL.

During the application process, a CSECL member will act as your academic supervisor, and you will get the opportunity to present your research proposal to CSECL research community. You will also have support of the Amsterdam Law School’s Grant Advisor, who provides strategic support for the Marie Curie application. Granted that the joint submission is awarded, the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action will provide you with an allowance to cover your living, relocation and family expenses and contribute to the overhead of the host organization.
