Visiting fellow Andrea Cecchetto
Andrea Cecchetto will be at the CSECL from 15 June until 25 July.
Andrea earned his Law Degree at the University of Padua in 2012 (referee teacher: professor Aldo Checchini - Private Law). As of July 2014, he is a PhD student at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice (referee teacher: professor Gianluca Sicchiero - Private Law). In November 2015 he began working as a lawyer after passing the public exam.
Andrea's research topic is the principle of non-interference in other people's legal spheres and its exceptions, focused in particular on privity of contract, agency, and negotiorum gestio (this was also the topic of his degree thesis).
